GUAN YU Forging ManufacturerSince 1971, Guanyu Industrial has specialized in the forging of carbon steel and alloy steel blanks for hand tools and mechanical components. In 1991, the company expanded its manufacturing capabilities to include forged blanks for motorcycle and automotive applications. In 1996, Guanyu Industrial developed precision closed-die forging technology, enabling customers to achieve effective material savings and reduced machining costs.
The acquisition of ISO 9001 certification in 2003 marked a significant milestone, establishing a systematic quality management framework for long-term growth. In 2008, we relocated and expanded our facility in Wufeng, installing multiple large high-speed press machines. With the capability to process materials ranging from carbon steel and alloy steel to stainless steel, our manufacturing scope has diversified to include automotive and motorcycle components, hardware, marine and agricultural machinery parts, as well as industrial products such as precision gears, sliders, and drive shafts.
Furthermore, driven by our commitment to quality, Guan Yu Industrial obtained the international IATF 16949 certification in 2009. We continuously invest in advanced precision instruments, including spectrometers, roughness testers, CMMs, optical comparators, and Rockwell hardness testers, to ensure superior accuracy. Additionally, the implementation of QForm forging simulation software and 3D printing technology has significantly enhanced development efficiency while reducing costs. Thanks to the trust of our clients, our service scope has expanded from raw forgings to finished products, providing integrated solutions such as machining and surface treatments.
