Since the year of 1971, our company has been dedicated to the forging and forming of hardware tools and mechanical parts, expanding into automotive and motorcycle forging products by 1991. Employing precision closed-die forging technology, our products surpass industry standards in shape, dimensional tolerance, and surface precision, effectively saving raw materials and reducing manufacturing costs.
Our production line of forging factory includes various items such as automotive and motorcycle parts, hardware machinery components, ship and agricultural machinery parts, as well as diverse products like precision gears, sliders, and transmission shafts. We work with materials ranging from carbon steel and alloy steel to stainless steel. In 2003, we achieved ISO 9001 certification, showcasing our commitment to quality. Expanding our operations to Wufeng in 2008, we added large-scale stamping forging machinery. Presently, our monthly production capacity reaches 1 million units, with forged product weights ranging from 0.1 to 15kg.
Furthermore, our services have expanded from forging production to finished product processing. In the year 2009, we obtained the international IATF16949 certification. The company consistently invests in advanced testing equipment and technologies, such as optical projectors, Rockwell hardness testers, and the implementation of QForm simulation software and 3D printing technology. These investments significantly enhance development efficiency and reduce costs.
